I always visit this botique and it’s always a great experience but today was very fun! Enjoyed trying new flavors with Danny. Very knowledgeable, lovely and fun during coffee tasting thats why I always make sure to drop by and get new flavors everytime I’m in Perth.

I was served by Christian, what an amazing experience. I was greeted within 2 minutes entering the store. It was a luxurious experience/service. Coffee was nice, he demonstrated a few features on the machines I had interest in, you can definitely tell he has experience and great knowledge in the coffee industry. I will happily shop at this Nespresso shop because of this. Thank you!

I visited Nespresso Hay Street Perth on Christmas Eve. I was served by Christian who was both extremely polite , helpful and knowledgeable about the products and made sure he understood my specific requirements. He was super informed about the products and helped me make the best decision for my purchase. While in the store, I also enquired about the new machines, as my original machine is now many years old, has delivered sterling service, but I learned the newer machines are optimised for larger cup sizes, which is more the style my wife and I enjoy… so , I returned with my wife on Boxing Day , we were served again by Christian. He took the time to explain the benefits of the new system to us both, ran a demo with the machine, prepared some delicious sample coffees for us to try and enjoy. Christian made the whole Nespresso experience so much richer and engaging - thank you Christian. We happily purchased a new machine and sleeves (since we had proven which of the new flavours best suited us). And Christian - we took a look at the city of Vasto on YouTube and the region looks lovely - we look forward to visiting there in 2026 on our Italian travels. Thank you Christian for making our Nespresso experience deeply rewarding and enjoyable. Your passion for the brand, the coffee - and most importantly, your customers - is very much appreciated.

My first visit to the store today. I was met with a smile and friendly service. Isabella helped me select some new flavours and was very helpful. Even got to taste some coffee before I bought it. Big Thankyou to Isabella! I will definitely be visiting again soon!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience at Nespresso Perth! Dany was absolutely amazing — she patiently helped me choose the perfect coffee flavors to bring home for my family in the Philippines, making the whole selection process enjoyable and stress-free. She also took the time to clearly explain the perks and benefits of becoming a member, which made me feel confident and excited about joining. Her friendliness, product knowledge, and genuine warmth made me feel truly valued as a new customer. Thank you, Dany, for going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back!

Last year, I had the chance to try the Oatly Barista Limited Edition Vertuo Capsules in Australia upon the recommendation of Miss Danny at the Nespresso Boutique in Perth. I absolutely loved them and wished I could enjoy them again but unfortunately they were not available in my home country, Malaysia. I was thrilled when I recently received an email from Nespresso Australia announcing that they were back in stock. I arrived in Perth this morning and visited the same boutique in the afternoon where I was once again warmly greeted by Miss Danny. She welcomed me with her friendly smile and attentive manner. I shared my interest in the Oatly capsules as well as the limited edition Samra Origins Tanzania by The Weekend Capsules and its Ice Travel Tumbler Design (that’s the only Nespresso Ice Travel Tumbler Design that catches my attention since it was launched in Paris & I am thrilled that they do sell this in Australia now as limited edition). She recommended trying the Samra coffee over ice, and after tasting it both hot and iced, I completely agreed with her — it truly tasted better with ice. When I found that parts of the travel tumbler were made of silicone and expressed concern about its durability over time, she kindly took the extra effort to consult her colleagues who owned Nespresso ice tumblers to address my worries. I sincerely appreciated her thoughtfulness, product knowledge and every coffee tasting recommendation she gave — all of which were consistently accurate and helpful. Despite the boutique being very busy, Miss Danny remained patient, professional and attentive while answering all my questions. She is truly a gem to the Nespresso Boutique Perth and she is the reason I will happily return as a loyal customer in the future.
